About Us

As cousins, we grew up together spending time with our larger than life family. There wasn’t a weekend or holiday that went by without the house full of loved ones, with food always at the center of the gathering.

As years passed and we grew older, we continued the traditions, and in time we began trading stories and sips over our favorite beers, wines, and cocktails. To us, spending time with people you love while having a full belly laugh is what it is all about.

{Curation} was crafted from the idea of finally creating something together in order to continue the gathering and connection of people. It was first the idea of a homemade-style vodka seltzer, but to be inclusive of all likings we wanted to add wine and cocktails to the mix. In the months that followed we got serious about creating a business and life plan that could support our dream, but one that would also have the feel of two humble gentlemen, as opposed to a big corporation.

From SoCal and Boston, we decided to plant our roots in Colorado out of pure love for the Rocky Mountains. Bringing coastal magic to the foothills, we have officially married the mountains and ocean to curate a never-seen-before drink experience in Colorado.

Every one of our craft beverages has been inspired by our own life experiences with friends and family, and that’s what makes them extra special. Each drink has a story, listed directly on the can itself. We hope that you’ll crack open a can and pour your own story, all while making memories with your loved ones. Grateful for sips like these.

Cheers,

Dale + Jake
